Jessica was born and raised in Southern Oregon. She left Grants Pass after high school on a full-ride softball scholarship to the University of Hawaii Manoa. While at UH Jessica studied Psychology and Sociology with a Minor in Business.
After graduation Jessica continued to live in Hawaii and worked for Hawaii Behavioral Health where she worked with special needs children.
Eight years later Jessica moved back to Southern Oregon where she continued her work in the mental health field.
In 2014, Jessica met Carol Padilla and the crew of ACP. It just so happened that Jessica had recently become interested in investigations and wanted a career change.
Carol Padilla felt Jessica was a perfect fit for ACP, and in 2016 Jessica was chosen to lead the company into the future.
Jessica plans to continue the excellent service the Padillas provided their clients while modernizing the company and streamlining its performance.
Jessica believes in getting to the truth of the matter and ensuring a just outcome in each of her cases. She looks forward to ensuring your investigative and processing needs are met with the utmost of expediency and integrity.
Sean was born and raised in Oahu Hawaii. Sean graduated from St. Louis and then left the island on a full ride football scholarship to the University of Utah.
While at Utah Sean's academic studies focused on criminal justice and sociology. Sean spent 2 years job shadowing with and working for the sheriff department where he served papers and drove transport for the local jail. This is where he got his introduction to the world of process serving.
After 5 years in Utah, Sean moved back to the island of Maui where he worked as a surf instructor and was part of an MTV television series.
In 2011, Sean moved to Oregon to be with his family and spent several years in the mental health field.
In 2016, Sean joined the ACP team and continues to work for the community. Sean takes pride in customer service, process serving, and getting papers delivered in a quick and timely matter, and he looks forward to meeting and exceeding your service needs.
Kathy has been part of the ACP Investigations family since 2013. When you visit or call our office you will probably speak with her. Kathy’s strengths include a positive can-do attitude, along with attention-to-details. One of her favorite tasks is finding people for our clients and performing background checks. She has supported ACP with the transition of ownership and will remain active with accounts receivables and jack-of-many trades.
Prior to ACP, Kathy was with a telecommunications company for 13 years where she was a lead for the escalated customer support team and company development. Kathy assisted the company through 3 name changes that grew from worst to first in Customer’s Perception with JD Powers and Associates. She was awarded the National Customer Hero Award from Sprint, along with 10 years of perfect attendance.
Additional experience for Kathy includes: skip tracing for student loan recovery, teaching reflective listening, working with the Director of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society providing clinics and FUNdraising, and assisting at preschool where she was often called Mary Poppins.
Kathy was married in Malibu, California over 40 years ago to her best friend. They were both born and raised in Los Angeles and wanted a different opportunities for their daughter and son. After visiting for a family wedding in 1998, they planted roots in Medford.
